Our Story
Rola Essence began with something much smaller than a business. It began with a quiet moment, a flickering candle, and the hope of finding a little light during a difficult season.
As a healthcare worker and a stay at home mom, life often felt beautifully full, but also incredibly demanding. After welcoming our child, candle making became more than a creative hobby. It became a peaceful ritual that helped bring comfort, calm, and a sense of healing during the postpartum journey. What started as pouring wax at the kitchen table slowly became moments of joy, creativity, and connection.
Before long, friends and family began requesting candles of their own. That tiny spark grew into a shared dream. Together, we realized we wanted to build something that reflected the values we hold close: slowing down, embracing nature, creating with intention, and bringing comfort into everyday life.
Today, Rola Essence is proudly family owned and handcrafted with love. Every candle, soap, body oil, bath soak, simmer pot, herbal blend, and apothecary-inspired creation is thoughtfully made in small batches using carefully selected ingredients. We believe self care should feel like stepping into a cozy cottage, wandering through a wildflower meadow, or pausing to breathe beneath the branches of an old forest.
