• Rola Essence Is a Husband and Wife Team Working a full time Healthcare job and a Stay-at-Home Mom

 

• ALL our products are made with 100% all natural ingredients including our waxes, herb infused oils, dyes, essential oils, nut butters, dehydrated fruits, flowers, powders, and herbs. 

 

• What are your candles made of?

  All of our candles are hand-poured using 100% natural beeswax, cotton wicks, and essential oils or phthalate-free fragrance oils. No paraffin, no toxins—just pure magic from the hive.

• . Why beeswax?

  Beeswax burns cleaner and longer than most waxes. It also naturally purifies the air by releasing negative ions. Plus, it’s sustainably sourced and smells faintly of honey—sweet and earthy!

• How long do your candles burn?

  Burn time depends on the size. For example, our 8oz candles burn approximately 40–50 hours when burned properly.

• Can I reuse the candle jars?

  Yes! Just clean out the leftover wax with warm water and reuse the amber jars. We highly encourage you to reuse our jars once it’s finished.

• Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

  Our soaps and skincare products are made with gentle, natural, and nourishing ingredients, but we always recommend a patch test first, especially for sensitive skin types.

• Where do you ship?

  We currently ship within the Entire United States and Select International Countries. Within the USA we use USPS for our product shipping 

• How should I care for my candle?

  Trim the wick to ¼” before each burn, let the wax melt to the edges to avoid tunneling, and never leave a candle unattended. Treat it like a tiny hearth!

• Our shipping times vary, depending on shipping speed selected at checkout. We Have a 5 to 7 day deadline from your order being submitted to being shipped. This will vary depending on the amount of products ordered.
