At Rola Essence, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return your item—new or used—within 25 days of delivery for a refund.

How It Works:

Return Shipping – Customers are responsible for mailing the item back to us in order to receive a reimbursement.

Processing Time – Once your return is received and processed, please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to appear in your account.

Note: Items returned after the 25-day window may not be eligible for a refund.
