At Rola Essence, many of our products are handcrafted in small batches with care and intention. Because of this, orders are shipped as soon as they are completed.

• Orders are processed and prepared for shipment once production is complete.
• Processing times may vary depending on order volume and the nature of the items purchased.

• Once your order has been completed and shipped, the estimated shipping time is 5–7 business days.
• Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

 

Shipping Method

 

• All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service).
• Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Please note that holidays, peak seasons, or unforeseen delays with USPS may impact delivery times. We appreciate your patience and support of our handmade process.

Rola Essence Return & Exchange Policy

At Rola Essence, every product is crafted in small batches with intention, care, and a touch of everyday magic. Because our items are personal-use and handmade, we have a few guidelines to keep things fair and safe for everyone.

 

✨ Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our products (bath, body, and skincare), we do not accept returns for used or opened items for hygiene and safety reasons.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly make it right.

🌙 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If something isn’t as it should be, please reach out within 3 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A photo of the item and packaging

We will offer a replacement or store credit, depending on availability.

🍯 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If there’s an issue with your order, we’ll work with you to find the best solution.

🌸 Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be in production under our small-batch process.

📦 Shipping Notes

All orders are handmade and shipped within 5–7 business days after completion. Once your order leaves our hands, we are not responsible for shipping delays, but we will always help guide you if issues arise.

🌿 Allergies & Sensitivities

Please review ingredient lists carefully before purchasing. Rola Essence is not responsible for allergic reactions. If you have sensitive skin, we recommend doing a small patch test first.
